When we saw stagnation in the insurance market dedicated to armed forces personnel, combined with a lack of responsive services and outdated pricing models, we saw the perfect opportunity for disruption.

Partnering with Capacity Insights as their MGA, we have sought to develop a suite of new military insurance products that would respond perfectly to soldiers’ needs.

One area that needed particular attention was military personal accident (PA) insurance.

The pricing of PA insurance has historically been based on outdated risk models, so Capacity Insights addressed this by developing a risk-based personal accident cover – the first of its kind for the military market.

This new model reflects the modern-day risks that soldiers face, takes into account the nuanced risk levels of different job roles, and considers the evolving nature of warfare and military operations.
