Do i need to log in?
No. The Coach is available to anyone with an Absolute Military protection plan. Just start typing your question.
What's the difference between Vitality Select and Vitality Plus?
Every Vitality plan comes with either Select or Plus. Select is included as standard when your premiums are under £45/month (single) or £60/month (joint). Plus gives you access to the full range of rewards — including Apple Watch, cinema tickets and Waitrose discounts — when your premiums are above those thresholds and you have Optimiser. The Coach will ask which one you’re on so it gives you the right advice.
Can the coach change my policy?
No. The Coach helps you get the most from the Vitality programme — earning points, understanding rewards, reaching a higher status. It can’t access your policy or make any changes. If you need to change your cover, speak to your Absolute Military adviser.
HOW DOES IT STAY UPTO DATE?
The Coach searches Vitality’s website in real time when you ask a question. That means if Vitality change their point values, add new partners, or update reward tiers, the Coach picks it up — unlike a static FAQ page that goes out of date.
I'M NOT SURE WHAT STATUS I AM ON - CAN THE COACH HELP?
The Coach can explain what each status means and how to check yours, but it can’t look up your account. You can check your current status in the Vitality Member Zone at vitality.co.uk/member or in the Vitality UK app.
I haven't connected my fitness tracker yet. Where do I start?
Ask the Coach. It’ll walk you through connecting your specific device — whether that’s a Garmin, Apple Watch, Fitbit or your phone’s built-in health app. For military personnel, this is usually the single biggest step: your PT sessions are already happening, you just need to capture them.
